Annual Allergies
It seems as though allergies affect people the most during season changes. Now that fall is turning into winter the allergy season is booming. This is especially true for people who work outside a lot. If you must mow grass or clean up leaves in your yard then you are probably familiar with allergies from grass and tree pollen or the dust created when mowing leaves. These allergies can be somewhat avoided by taking precautions such as a dust mask or respirator. If you are affected by allergies from working outside then you know how miserable this can make you feel.
People with allergies are not only affected by being outside. There are allergy aggravators produced inside the home as well. This can be caused by the buildup of household dust or dust mites in bedding materials. If you or your family is affected by allergies inside the home it is a good idea to dust weekly and change the bedding materials as often as possible. Make sure to vacuum the carpeting and floors with a vacuum cleaner which includes a hepa filter. It is important that you should use the Best Furnace Filters as well making sure to remove as much dust and allergens from the air as possible. These filters should be changed at least once per season.
